I offer 1:1 private counselling and online workshops to support people to step into their personal power as they learn how to both find their true voice and how to use it for a life that they truly love.

Working Together
We work to build coping skills, mindfulness / grounding skills, balance, and more. My approach is client-centered and I work collaboratively with my clients to determine the approach to therapy that will work best for them.

Practice Influences
My practice is influenced from a trauma informed, strength based, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused and narrative therapy. What does all this mean? Click below for more information.

1:1 Individual Counselling
I offer 1:1 private counselling (in person, online or by phone) for people struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, self worth, grief and loss, anger, personal growth, relationships and other life struggles.
I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Attachment Psychotherapy (year 1 of 2 year training), and various other therapies.
